Refund Policy

At MassBar, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return request.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin the return process, please contact us at support@massbar.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (e.g., food, plants), custom-made or personalized items, and personal care products (e.g., beauty items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you’re unsure about your item, please contact us with any questions or concerns.

Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original product. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
